Set your goal to a higher level. Make this commitment to your own spiritual growth. 

For a short period of time, set your daily life aside to concentrate on your eternal life  by prayers and meditations. This will open you up to more knowledge and understanding. Keep your mind with God the Father.

Your higher-self is you as a whole. It is the keeper of your own record, your Life Book.

Remember that in this universe everything is either growing or regressing. If at any time you are not learning and expanding, you will regress, become smaller and you are dropped off to a lower level of understanding to learn the same lessons again and again.

When you grow in your spiritual life, your earthly life will grow too, and you will begin to make good decisions, and you find easier ways to live a life  of happiness and contentment.

 You will discern  the things that are important in life. You will know when to act and when not.

Pray and ask God the Father to give you more understanding. Pray that He will open your mind to understand and comprehend what is given to you.

Let me know You and let me know myself. Know You to listen to Your Word and practice it in my daily life. Know yourself to change my path into Your righteous path, so that I have Heaven in my heart, and so that You will always be with me. Amen.
