August 16, 2025. Dear Jesus, This morning You taught me: “Look at others as God looks at them". What does that mean?

Dear Jesus,

This morning You taught me:

“Look at others as God looks at them". What does that mean?

Beloved,

Look at your brother with tolerance as God looks at you. Look back at your life, how many mistakes and sins God the Father has forgiven you.

So, before judging anyone, look back at yourself, and you will be more tolerant with others.

In the story of “The woman caught in adultery”, I said to the crowd:

“Whoever among you thinks he is innocent, let him be the first to throw a stone at her”.

My heart is tolerant, but I do not condone sin. I then said to the woman:

“I do not judge you either, go and do not sin again”.

When God the Father has forgiven you, you must also forgive your brothers.

Listen to the passage from Matthew:

“Then Peter asked Jesus: ‘Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother if he sins against me, up to seven times?’

I tell you, not seven times, but seventy times seven. The kingdom of heaven is like a king who wanted to settle accounts with his servants. One of them owed him ten thousand talents, and as he had nothing to pay him, he fell down at his feet and said: ‘Master, give me time to pay you back.’ And his master was moved with compassion and forgave him. But as he was going out, he found one who owed him a hundred denarii, and he grabbed his fellow servant by the throat.

‘Pay me back what you owe.’ His fellow servant begged him, ‘Give me time to pay you back.’ But he refused, and he threw him into prison.

When his fellow servants saw what happened, they told their master. The master was angry and had him sent to the prison keeper and put him in prison.

If each of you does not forgive your brother from your heart, my heavenly Father will also do the same to you. MATTHEW 18: 21-35

Read the parable of the “Prodigal Son”:  After spending half of his father’s inheritance, wandering for 3 years and spending everything, repenting and returning home, his father joyfully embraced and kissed him, ordered the servants to give him a ring to wear, new clothes to wear, and held a party to celebrate his return. Dear child, see the kindness of the father.

This father is also God the Father.

Learn from Me when on the cross before dying, I prayed:

“Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.”

This is My boundless mercy to those who have sinned against Me.

You must learn from Me because I am gentle and humble in heart.

Dear Jesus,

Please let me know You, and let me know myself. Know You to listen to Your Word, and put it into practice in my daily life. Know me to change my path to Your righteous one, to have Heaven in my heart, and You are always with me.

Please bless all those who read this meditation in my Blog.

AMEN.
