How should I prepare for the future?

There are two types of people? One type lives only in the past, looking back at their past achievements, regretting and lamenting. Another type lives in an illusory, unreal realm.

Your future is TODAY. You can only live in the PRESENT, right NOW. This is the moment you can live; there is no other alternative.

How you live today will determine your future.

Your goal is to live today in such a way that you have no regrets tomorrow. Look at the past as a lesson, learn from experiences, pick up the good things you've learned to continue, and discard the bad ones to avoid repeating the mistakes.

Look at Today as the last day God the Father has given you.

Tell yourself: ”I will cherish the time I have today, every hour, every minute, because who knows, tonight I might go to sleep and not wake up tomorrow?

“I will live in love, in forgiveness. I will bring love to lonely souls, I will comfort the anxious and fearful. I will forgive those who have troubled or tried to harm me in the past.

I will love God through my brothers and sisters. I will pray that God the Father will use me as His arm to bring love and His Word to those who earnestly desire to listen. I will strive to live according to the Peace Prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi that I recite every night before going to sleep.”

If you live like this today, you will have prepared for the day you leave this world.

Dear little child,

“Be perfect as God is perfect.”

Of course, you cannot be as perfect as God the Father in this short human life. This is a long struggle for you humans on the path of spiritual perfection, and I am happy to see you progressing each day.

You will stumble, but never despair; get up and keep moving forward. I am always with you and will help you stay strong every day.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Let me know You, and let me know myself. Know You to listen to Your Word, and put it into practice in my daily life. Know me to change my path to Your righteous one, to have Heaven in my heart, and You are always with me.

May my meditation bring many more readers,  who are not yet believers, into your Forever Family.
