April 12, 2026. Apparition of Jesus at the old Jacob's well with Nalda, the Samaritan woman, and 75 disciples...

 

Dear Jesus,

That day on the road to Samaria—an arduous journey, a long trip swept by dry desert winds—You and the apostles arrived at the village of Sychar, Samaria, around five o'clock in the afternoon. Weary, you sat down to rest by the edge of the ancient Well of Jacob, while the apostles went into the village to purchase food. You felt thirsty. At the well, you encountered Nalda, a Samaritan woman, and asked her for a little water to drink.

 You revealed to that woman who she truly was, and recounted in vivid detail the entire story of her past. Overwhelmed with astonishment, she left her water jar by the well, hurried into the village, shared the story with the villagers, and urged them to come and see a prophet with their own eyes.

Later she asked You: 

"Our forefathers, and we have worshipped God upon Mount Gerizim. Yet the Jews claim that we must worship Him in Jerusalem; Sir, please tell me: where is the true place for us to worship God?”

 And You replied: 

"The hour has now come when you shall worship God the Father neither upon Mount Gerizim nor in Jerusalem, but worship Him in Spirit and in Truth."

At the resurrection, You remembered Nalda, the Samaritan woman You encountered at the Jacob well, You appeared to her and to 75 believers who gathered at that site.

"Peace be with you. Live worthy lives as faithful children of My Father, and you shall never die. The Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven proclaims that all people are children of God. This is the very love that God the Father bestows upon His children living on this earth. This Good News must be made known to all of humanity. And I reiterate to you what I once said to Nalda:

 ‘The time has now come for you to worship God—neither on Mount Gerizim nor in Jerusalem—but to worship God the Father in Spirit and in Truth.’

 All people are brothers and sisters; God requires you to love your neighbor as yourselves, and to serve them just as you would serve yourselves. Go forth throughout the world and proclaim this Gospel. My Spirit shall accompany you and remain with you forever.”

This was Jesus’ seventeenth appearance following His Resurrection.

Let me know You, and let me know myself. Know You to listen to Your Word, and put it into practice in my daily life. Know me to change my path to Your righteous one, to have Heaven in my heart, and You are always with me.
