Dear Jesus,

Please grant me a compass to guide me through this life, so I can live in joy and in peace.

Beloved,

“Everyone who follows Me must be like salt; if the salt loses its saltiness, people will cast it on the floor and trample underfoot.

Everyone who hears My words must be like a shining lamp—once lit, it must be placed on a stand to shine its surroundings, not hidden beneath a bushel basket.”

Look upon this life through a different lens—one that is more joyful and optimistic. 

Do not dwell too much on the faults and vices of others. They too, are fellow travelers like you, seeking Truth, Goodness, and Beauty. They too, carry within themselves the same imperfections as you. 

Look inward at yourself, and you will find the grace to be gentle with others. Remember that even the worst among you possesses something from which you can learn.

Speak and live as one whose heart is filled with Joy, Love, and Peace.

Wherever you go, whomever you meet, sow these seeds, scatter them along the remainder of your life’s journey; the path you walk will soon sprout with tender shoots—shoots that one day, will grow into mighty trees, offering their cool shade as a resting place for weary travelers in this earthly realm.

A single matchstick, when first struck, offers but a fleeting spark; yet once a lamp is lit, its steady flame dispels the darkness of the night.

I bestow My peace upon you; My peace I leave with you.

Earthly parents always cherish their children; your Heavenly Father loves you even much more. Should you stumble and fall, simply strive to rise again and continue on your way.

Bring Joy, Love, and Peace to everyone you encounter.

Simply live each day in this spirit, and leave the rest to the Father to care for on your behalf.

Dear Jesus,

 Let me know You, and let me know myself. Know You to listen to Your Word, and put it into practice in my daily life. Know me to change my path to Your righteous one, to have Heaven in my heart, and You are always with me.

May my meditation bring many more readers,  who are not yet believers, into your Forever Family.
