May 14, 2023 Adversities

“As always, I say thanks to Jesus for a goodnight and a New Day to love, to forgive and to forget.

 

In the morning stillness I felt Jesus ‘ presence and peace.

 

Beloved,

You long for a peaceful life while you live on earth, until you join Me in heaven.

Dear child, not so, as long as you live in this failing and sinful world, you encounter so many trials and tribulations. Remember  that you are a  mortal and your body came from dust. One day this body will be back to dust. You and your loved ones must follow the itinerary :”Birth, Aging, Sickness and Death”. There is no other route than that. Time for aging followed by sickness will bring you and your family members suffering and a lot of sorrow. You want a quick fix.

Dear child, there is no quick fix.

You have to cooperate with My Spirit who gives you Perseverance, and He will guide you through times of suffering. Sufferings have their meanings.

 

Remember the apostle Paul quoted to the Romans , his followers :”We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and perseverance, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. _ ROMANS 5:3-5

 

Perseverance is a rare quality today. You and your loved ones want Me to perform  a miracle. Not so , my dear child. Lingering adversity in your life or in your loved ones  accepted with  trust in Me will develop Christlike character and prepare you for an eternity problem free living in heaven with Me. Because I created you in my own image, I want you to become like Me.

 

The more you become like Me, the more you belong to Me, and that helps you cope with your problems and accept the sufferings. Hope of an eternity free of trouble will shine on you, and together you and Me will handle  the problems.

 

Sing with Me this morning:

“Trust in Him at all times, you people, pour out your hearts before Him . God is a refuge for us. _PSALM 62:8

 

Dear Jesus,

Because there is no other way than to accept adversities willingly in our lives, so please help us to cooperate and trust in you. 

We will lean on You on this treacherous road to the Father’s House. Be with us always.

"Dear Jesus, let me know You, and let me know myself. Knowing You, please help me to listen to You and practice what you command. Knowing me, to change my way into your righteous one, to have Heaven right in my heart and let You be with me forever.

AMEN".
