Today I will guide you in “Living in Intimate Communion with the Father.”

What does it mean to live in intimate communion?

God the Father created you from eternity in His own image, so you carry within your soul a part of His perfect Good and Omnipotent nature.

From the moment you wake up, before even getting out of bed, say a thanksgiving:

“Father, thank You for keeping me safe through the night, and giving me another Day to live in love and be loved.”

Remember that God the Father is Almighty, He is everywhere in the universe where you live, and His Holy Spirit dwells within you. He is not somewhere far away you cannot reach.

Think of Him always, every hour, every minute. Live like a little child, confide all your feelings and innermost thoughts to Him, though He knows all your past, present, and future. He knows you more than you know yourself.

You still have many desires, anger, delusion, sorrow, hatred, anxiety, fear, panic… offer all these depleting thoughts to God the Father, asking Him to help you to destroy them, to drive them out of your mind.

In any situation, and whatever happens to you today, always ask the Father:

“How should I answer? How should I resolve this matter?”

You should not only bring Him into the major decisions of your life, but also into all the smallest or menial events of your life.

Suppose when you doing the dishes after family dinner,  say to Him:

“Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for giving me strong legs, a straight back, and soft hands to wash the dishes. Although my eyes cannot see, I know You are standing beside me, watching me doing the dishes and loving me.”

Wherever you go, even just to the grocery, invite God the Father to come with you, and keep you safe on your way.

Today you will say:

“I entrust everything to You, dear Heavenly Father, and surrender everything to You.

 Please let me know, in each matter, what Your will is so I may follow it, for Your will is always good and perfect.”

Let me know You, and let me know myself. Know You to listen to Your Word, and put it into practice in my daily life. Know me to change my path to Your righteous one, to have Heaven in my heart, and You are always with me.

May my meditation bring many more readers,  who are not yet believers, into your Forever Family.
